Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Challenge For Green. We are committed to transparency regarding our cancellation and refund practices. Please read this policy carefully before making a donation or purchase.

All donations made to Challenge For Green are voluntary and generally non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is directed towards tree planting and environmental initiatives. However, if a donation was made in error or due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Payments made for tree adoption are non-refundable once the adoption has been confirmed and the tree has been assigned. If you have not received a confirmation or your tree has not been assigned, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

You may request cancellation of a pending order before it is processed. Once an order is confirmed and fulfilled, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at the details provided below.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
